All reservations must be received in writing via e-mail. No reservations will be accepted by telephone, Skype or WhatsApp. Provisional bookings will only be held for 14 days from the date of reservation. After 14 days, the provisional booking will be automatically cancelled. Once a booking confirmation has been sent back to the agent in writing, the booking is considered confirmed and cancellation terms apply.
All bookings are held as provisional status until we receive written confirmation. Bookings will be held on provisional status for 14 days.
We can waitlist bookings via e-mail. Should the space clear, you will be notified in writing and standard booking procedures will apply.

Failure to make the deposit payment will result in us reserving the right to cancel the booking. Please use the Invoice Number as the reference when making payments, and send proof of payment to our reservations office.

For bookings including children under the age of 11 years, the family will be required to book private activities. No childcare facilities or babysitters are available. Children must be under the care of their parents or guardians at all times.
The guide rate applies to a bona fide tour leader and/or guide accompanying guests, covering the guide's accommodation. The guide may accompany guests on activities subject to space availability, unless private activities have been booked. Refer to the rates sheet for applicable rates.
All air transfers are booked through a third party. The following Conditions of Carriage apply:
Luggage must be in soft-sided bags. Hard-case bags or bags with frames will not be accepted.
Strict luggage restrictions apply per person inclusive of camera equipment and hand luggage. Guests with excess luggage must inform us beforehand. The carrier reserves the right to charge for excess luggage on arrival.
Passenger weights are recorded per CAAB guidelines. Passengers weighing more than 100kg may incur a surcharge or be required to purchase an additional seat.
It is a condition of booking that each guest be covered by comprehensive travel and medical insurance including accidental death and disability, major medical, emergency medical evacuation, loss of personal effects and trip cancellation.
It is the sole responsibility of each guest to ensure that passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, inoculations and any other documentation required are obtained and in order.
There are inherent risks involved in wildlife adventure tours and safaris, including the risk of contracting malaria. By making a booking, all guests consent to these risks and participate at their own risk.
All guests will be required, upon check-in, to read and complete our company indemnity form.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform this agreement upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond reasonable control, including disaster, fire, strikes, governmental regulation, civil disturbance, war, terrorist acts, disease epidemics, acts of God, or extreme weather. Each party shall use reasonable endeavours to alleviate such circumstances including agreeing upon alternative arrangements.
We do not allow drones at any of our camps. Many of the areas we operate in have anti-poaching patrols and drones interfere with this critical work. Photographs taken of your safari by our staff may be used for promotional purposes. We guarantee that no photographs of a compromising nature will be used for such purposes.
All transfers and accommodation rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice. However, rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
