We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when making a booking or contacting us, including: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact preferences, billing addresses, nationality, age, and health data (where necessary, with your consent). Passenger data for travellers is also collected for compliance purposes.
We automatically collect technical information when you visit our Services, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences and usage data — primarily for security and analytics.
We process your personal information to: deliver services and respond to enquiries; fulfil and manage bookings and payments; send administrative and service information; send marketing communications (with your consent); prevent fraud; and comply with legal and civil aviation obligations.
We rely on: Consent (withdrawable at any time); Performance of a Contract; Legitimate Interests (e.g. improving services, preventing fraud, complying with insurance and civil aviation requirements); Legal Obligations; and Vital Interests. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this notice, or as required by law. When we no longer have a legitimate need, we will delete or anonymise it.
